Learning Spanish Like Crazy is a very good Spanish audio language course from Patrick Jackson that puts more of an emphasis on grammar and structure than you would normally find in your typical audio language course.

Patrick has put together a serious learning package here, but I feel it lacks a bit in the area of Listening & Speaking drills, so it may not be exactly what you're looking for (read my Tip below); nevertheless, this course is excellent value for your money. I recommend the download version of this product, by the way.

Tip: Because of its emphasis on Spanish grammar and structure over more communicative exercises, this audio course makes an excellent complement to Rocket Spanish audio language course, which emphasizes the opposite.
